In my last post I have already mentioned my first encounter with the paranormal which had set a chain of events in my life and changed its course altogether. Today I am writing about one such Incident. An Incident which took a great toll on me.
This article is about a dream that I "envisioned" one night when I was a kid. Sometimes though i think the word "nightmare" would have done the justice in defining it properly.

This article is about a dream that I "envisioned" one night when I was a kid. Sometimes though i think the word "nightmare" would have done the justice in defining it properly.
It was a very normal day and just like other days I went to bed a little early since I had school from 6:30 in the morning next day. Since it was very hot that day and we didn't have the luxury of AC back in those days, I had kept all the 4 windows open in my room. I was having a sound sleep and it was around midnight when I dreamt of this:
I saw a school bus stopping in front of a blind lane and a girl de-boarding the bus. The girl was wearing a white school uniform with blue belt. The blind lane had 2 houses on each side and at the end there was another house facing the road. A woman was standing at the entrance of the house, smiling. Clearly she was the mother of the little girl awaiting her return from school. As soon as the girl deboarded the bus, it taxied away. The girl began sprinting towards the lane and suddenly a car came out of nowhere and sped out pinning the girl down. The woman screamed and ran towards the girl. But everything was over. She was gone.
I woke up sweating and scared. I drank some water and thought to myself, "Is it a dream? But Who are those people? I have not seen them anywhere before. Then how can I dream about some unknown persons?"
I was pretty scared. It took a little while for me to settle down.
A few days later a news on the TV caught my attention.
"School girl dies in accident". The new was pretty similar to other incidents. But there was something very different about this one. The new reporter was standing at the girl's house and was pointing at one of the photographs. It was the girl I saw in my dream the other night. I was surprised. The next thing that I noticed was the position of the house. It was the same blind lane, the same house house. Everything was the same as I saw in my dream.
But how is that even possible?
I had a lot of questions in my mind. I was afraid of sleeping. What if I see another dream that might come true? What if I see someone die again? What If........?
I have searched for these answers for a very long time now. And yes I have found a few to say but I am still searching for something I came across while searching for these answers. And I consider that thing as a Curse of the Dreams.
Explanation: People call these kind of phenomenon "Precognition" also called as prescience, future vision, future sight is an alleged psychic ability to see events in the future. As with other forms of extrasensory perception, there is no reliable scientific evidence that precognition is a real ability possessed by anyone and it is widely considered to be pseudoscience. Specifically, precognition appears to violate the principle that an effect cannot occur before its cause. Despite the lack of scientific evidence, many people believe precognition is real; it is widely reported and remains a topic of research and discussion within the parapsychology community.
In this case it was a sort of precognition where I had seen an event that was about to happen. It is very debatable as to how I was able to see this event since I was not familiar with the persons or the place. It is also debatable as to how I saw exactly the same things that was about to happen instead of seeing similar things to relate to the incident which happens in most of the cases. Also, it can be said that these precognitive events are merely a representation of time in a completely different manner.
